Return Policy

RETURN

  1. Items can only be returned via the “returned Item(s)” button on the website.
  2. Item(s) must be returned within 24 hours of purchase, together with proof of purchase.
  3. Online Store shall accept return of item(s) for valid reasons such as expired/ nearly expired (without notice), wrong orders, and etc.
  4. For fast approval, the item(s) must be in good condition, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached. The customer is responsible for any change or damage to an/the item(s) when handling it. This means that if the item(s) has been used for anything other than what is permitted, it will be regarded as used. This means if you wish to return the item(s), you will receive or exchange, depending on the individual case.
  5. LCC Online will not accept any item(s) in case of:
    1. Damage items
    2. Returns due to customers does not want the item
    3. Refund
    4. Swapping of items due to customers ordered the wrong item(s)
  6. Fresh and frozen item(s) are not eligible for replacement.
  7. Once we have received the returned item(s) back and confirmed that it meets conditions 1-3 above, the returned item(s) is replaced with the same item(s).

HOW TO RETURN ITEM(S) ONLINE

  1. Click the return order button found beside order received button ;
  2. This will bring you to the Return Request Form. Fill up the Form;
  3. Press send and a Customer Representative will call you if additional data is needed, if not, expect the replacement item(s) delivered within the hour.

COMPLAINS

LCC Online always strives to make sure its products are of the highest quality, but sometimes mistakes happen and a product is not up to our usual, high standards. In this case, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the mistake. Generally, we will after be meeting our legal obligation which may include replacing the purchase item(s) provided the item is returned in a reasonable condition with proof of purchase and we confirm that the complaint is justified and not due to any fault or misuse on your part.

When you wish to complain, please contact LCC Online by telephone or email first. If you want to return the item(s) please fill out the Returned Request Form (see details/conditions above) and follow step 1-3 from " How to return item(s) online.
