How To Shop At LCC Online

You have to be 18 years old to shop at LCC Online. If you are under 18 years old, then you have to have permission from your parents or guardians.

LCC Online Products:

  1. Find/choose the item(s) you want to purchase and put them in your cart
  2. Fill in your personal information and complete the payment process
  3. Review your order and accept Term & Conditions

FRAUD

LCC Online reserves the right to reject or cancel an order where there is a suspicion of fraud, false information or hacking. This is also true in cases of bad faith: for example, an obvious price misprint at LCC Online.

PERSONAL DATA AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE

When you shop online at LCC Online, we ask you to provide some personal data, which include:

  • Address
  • Email
  • Telephone/Contact number

The purchase of gathering this information is to deliver your item(s) to you.

Personal information provided to LCC Online is kept for max 5 years, after which it is deleted. We always ensure that you have given your express consent to providing us with your personal information and that you have understood what information we need and what this information is used for.

Those responsible for the data at LCC Online have access to the personal data. We do not save encrypted customer information, nor do we transmit encrypted customer information.

Information provided by LCC Online will never be forwarded or sold to a thirty party, nor will we ever register any private, personal information.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY

  1. Orders are processed daily from Monday to Sunday. Orders received by 3:00 pm (Philippine time) are processed on the same day while orders received after 3:00 pm are processed on the next WORKING day
  2. Sold products are packed and ready for delivery within the requested time after the order has been processed and approved.
  3. Additional fee maybe added if the (1) Parcel exceeded 20kg and (2)allowed size of 40cmX40comX30cm.
  4. If an order will not be available within, the customer will be notified via phone call and will be advised Alternative item(s) in exchange.
  5. The customer has the option to have the order canceled before order has been shipped and the customer will not be charged for the order. If the order has been shipped, order can no longer be canceled.
  6. To track the status of an order, log in to LCCStore account then go to 'My Account' > 'My Orders'.
